EquityStory RS, LLC shall take all reasonable measures to protect the received personal data of the subject from destruction, corruption or disclosure. Hereby the subject of personal data shall grant consent to EquityStory RS, LLC to process their personal data, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer, and specifically cross-border transfer of data), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data, with or without automation facilities for the purposes of improving the quality of goods and services provided by EquityStory RS, LLC, and providing the subject of personal data with information of commercial and informational nature through different communication channels, including post, SMS, email, telephone, if the subject of personal data expresses a desire to receive such information by the corresponding communication means. EquityStory RS, LLC shall ensure observance of the following rights of the subject of personal data: right to receive information on what personal data of the subject are stored; right to delete, clarify or correction of the stored data; other rights established by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. EquityStory RS, LLC shall cease processing of personal data immediately after reception of the corresponding request of the subject of personal data in a written form in any of EquityStory RS, LLC stores. The consent of the subject of personal data to personal data processing shall be valid without limit in time and may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data at any moment by a written request to pmrussia@eqs.com.
